This one-hour hypertension education workshop (in-person or via zoom) provides an overview of hypertension, healthy food choices, reducing risks, avoiding complications, healthier choices to improve blood pressure management. Participants who attnd the workshop can schedule a follow-up one-on-one appointment with a health counselor to discuss individual hypertension management concerns.
