Stroke Awareness Community Day– Learn about the signs and symptoms of a stroke ( BEFAST) / Thursday, May 16, 2024 10am- 2pm. Join us for a day of enlightenment, fun, and movement—free health screenings, resources, music, food tasting, exercise, and more!

The Frazier Family Coalition for Stroke Education and Prevention is a collaboration between Jefferson Health and Temple Health, coordinated through the Vickie and Jack and Farber Institute for Neuroscience.

Frazier Family Coalition promotes the health of the community through a multifaceted program aimed at reducing the number of strokes — an especially urgent need, since stroke is the fourth-highest cause of death in Philadelphia.
