Everyone experiences stress to some degree. The way you respond to stress makes a big difference to your overall mental and physical well-being. Please join us for two, one-hour classes (in person or via zoom) where you can learn: The effects of stress, forms of stress and ways to manage stress.
A healthy lunch will be provided for in-person participants.
