Chronic Pain
Self-Management Program

Community Programs:

Keep it moving! In partnership with the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging.

Keep it Moving is a Chronic Pain Self-Managment Program focused on helping older adults (60+) manage and ease chronic pain. This in-depth six-week program has weekly sessions for 2 1/2-hours in which participants learn tips and strategies to take charge and manage chronic pain.
