How can we cultivate the good health of our brain after a stroke?

Neurorestoration Workshops offered this spring with speaker Mijail Serruya MD, PhD, Assistant Professor and Co-Direct at The Center for Neurorestoration.

Learn steps to keep your brain and body healthy and decrease the risk of having a stroke. We will go over tips about exercise, healthy nutrition, sleep, and keeping engaged in cognitive and social activities.

The Neurorestoration series will be held in-person. For those who can’t attend in-person, you will receive a zoom link. In person participants will be served lunch.

This talk will give an overview of the new options available in 2022 and also the current clinical trials happening in the Philadelphia region. We also talk about new approaches currently being tested in laboratories in the Philadelphia region that could allow doctors to one day literally rebuild the brain after a stroke. This workshop is part of our Neurorestoration Workshops.
