Three valuable Neurorestoration Workshops offered this fall with speaker Mijail Serruya MD, PhD, Assistant Professor and Co-Direct at The Center for Neurorestoration.
Learn steps to keep your brain and body healthy and decrease the risk of having a stroke. We will go over tips about exercise, healthy nutrition, sleep, and keeping engaged in cognitive and social activities.
